Abstract (EN)
This data was collected during the experiment performed from May 6th to September 7th 2021 at an experimental site located at a plant nursery Dobrygość (Biadaszki village), in a Forest Experimental Range "Siemianice", Poznań University of Life Sciences (N 51° 15’ 6.8”, E 18° 9’ 50.0”). The experiment was undertaken to test whether electromagnetic fields used for wireless communication would have permanent effects on commonly occurring herbaceous plant species under field conditions. The impact of EMF exposure was investigated over four month period, from seed germination to maturation, for 10 herbaceous grasses, forbs and legumes. During this time the following parameters were measured: seedling emergence rate, mean height, shape index, aboveground biomass, leaf area (total, green and discolored) and leaf orientation (both in vertical and horizontal dimensions). Additionally, evapotranspiration was measured in three selected species.

This dataset covers:
- three spreadsheet tables with measurement data on all above mentioned variables;
- plant photographs taken from different perspectives which were used to asses mean height, aboveground biomass, leaf area (both green and discolored) and the changes in leaf orientation;
- scans of one of the studied species, Setaria viridis, performed during the expriment.
