Abstract (PL)
Biszop 80 WP w stężeniu 0,19% zahamował wzrost N. foedans, P. olsonii i R. stolonifera w ponad 85%, podczas gdy T. asperellum w 49,8%. Signum 33 WG w stężeniu 0,15% zahamował wzrost N. foedans i T. asperellum w ponad 70%, P. olsonii w 58,6%, a R. stolonifer w około 11,3%. Zastosowanie preparatu Yamato 303 SE w stężeniu 0,15% spowodowało zahamowanie wzrostu badanych grzybów: N. foedans w 73%, P. olsonii w 35,7%, R. stolonifer w 0% i T. asperellum w 88,9%.
Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to evaluate the in vitro effectiveness of Bisteran (50% silver-stabilized hydrogen peroxide) and the fungicides Biszop 80 WG (80% of captan), Signum 33 WG (67 g of pyraclostrobin + 267 g of boscalid in 1 kg) and Yamato 303 SE (233 g of thiophanat methyl + 70 g of tetraconazole L‑1) added to potato-dextrose agar (PDA), on the in vitro growth of Neopestalotiopsis foedans, Penicillium olsonii, Rhizopus stolonifer and Trichoderma asperellum, isolated from peat and hyacinth, narcissus and tulip bulbs during their rooting. The product applied at concentrations ranging from 0.05 to 0.2%, inhibited the growth of N. foedans from 53.2 to 63.9%, and P. olsonii from 34.3 to 55.7% but did not influence the growth of R. stolonifer and T. asperellum. Biszop 80 WP at a concentration of 0.19% inhibited the growth of N. foedans, P. olsonii and R. stolonifera in more than 85%, while T. asperellum in 49.8%. Signum 33 WG at a concentration of 0.15% inhibited the growth of N. foedans and T. asperellum in more than 70%, P. olsonii in 58.6%, while R. stolonifer in about 11.3%. Application of Yamato 303 SE at a concentration of 0.15% resulted in growth inhibition for the tested fungus: N. foedans in 73%, P. olsonii in 35.7%, R. stolonifer in 0% and T. asperellum in 88.9%, respectively.
