Modern storage technologies of fruit and other horticultural commodities

The second edition of the manual contains the latest, updated information concerning selected topics in horticulture. The first text of a given area is always general, whereas the latter – more detailed. The texts are followed by Polish translations of professional words and phrases used in English research papers and popular articles. Given sound tracks of the films presented during classes and Polish summaries of the lectures should help students to better understand the content. The manual also has a plan of a student’s own presentation and an example of the problems for the final examination.
