Abstract (PL)
Artykuł opisuje najważniejsze aspekty prowadzenia ciąży u suk przez lekarza weterynarii. Autorzy omawiają metody: monitoringu ciąży, ocena żywotności płodu i wyznaczania terminu porodu oraz schematy odrobaczania i szczepień. Dodatkowo praca opisuje prawidłowe żywienie suki w ciąży oraz objawy zbliżającego się porodu.
Abstract (EN)
This article describes the most important elements of veterinarian management of pregnancy in bitches. The authors describe methods for monitoring pregnancy, assessing fetal viability and determining the date of parturition as well as deworming and vacination protocols. In addition, the papre desribes the proper nutrition of the pregnant bitch and the symptoms of impending labor.
