Abstract (EN)
A new locality a caddisfly Limnephilus elegans CURTIS, 1834 was found in Gołuń on Lake Gołuń in Wdzydze Landscape Park. The species is rare in Poland as well as in Europe. The threat status of this species in the Polish Red Book is data deficient (DD). L. elegans is strongly associated with peat bogs. The species occurred in large numbers during light trapping.
