Abstract (EN)
This research aims to identify growth-driving talent management practices in agri-food companies in Wielkopol skie, Poland using primary data collected between October 2021 and April 2022 via online questionnaires. Based on con clusions drawn from both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, it appears that many agri-food companies lack effec tive talent management practices, which may hinder the over all development, efficiency, and competitiveness of the Pol ish agri-food sector, as well as its attractiveness to potential employees. Although we observed that agri-food companies in Wielkopolskie are learning organizations regardless of size, they still pay little attention to team-building activities, and there is no clear communication of a common business goal and vision by company leadership. This study recommends creating a collective talent management system for agri-food clusters, adopting a more deliberate approach to employer branding and leadership skills management, and positioning agri-food companies as desirable workplaces to ensure the at traction and retention of skilled labour and to drive and sustain the necessary growth.
