dc.abstract.enThe main objectives of the article is the analysis of damage and renovation methods based on a historic brick tenement house from the beginning of the 20th century. The study also presents a method of injection of scratches and cracks in masonry structures with the use of polyurethane resins. An analysis of the materials used was performed in terms of the selection of solutions to the environmental and operational conditions and the technical condition of the facility.
dc.abstract.plTematem przewodnim artykułu jest przeprowadzenie analizy uszkodzeń oraz omówienie metod renowacji na podstawie zabytkowej kamienicy ceglanej z początku XX w. W opracowaniu przedstawiono także metodę iniekcji rys i spękań konstrukcji murowanych z zastosowaniem żywic poliuretanowych. Wykonano analizę zastosowanych materiałów pod kątem dobru rozwiązań do warunków środowiskowych, eksploatacyjnych i stanu technicznego obiektu.
