Ocena stanu bezpieczeństwa finansowego polskich gospodarstw rolnych na tle średnich wyników unijnych w latach 2004-2021

dc.abstract.enFinancial security is a multidimensional issue and the way it is measured depends on the research criteria adopted. The study presents the state of financial security of Polish farms in comparison with the average EU results. The time range of the research covered the latest data from the FADN system, i.e. the years 2004-2021. In this article, they are presented as a phenomenon resulting from property and capital relations, liquidity and debt, operational efficiency and financial effectiveness. The criteria used for the distribution of farms was an economic size. It turned out from research that EU farms (including Polish farms) are financially secure. They tend to be over-liquid and indebted. Their economic size is crucial for the state of financial security – the larger the farm, the lower the financial security, but there is no risk of losing it.
dc.abstract.plBezpieczeństwo finansowe jest zagadnieniem wielowymiarowym i jego sposób pomiaru zależy od przyjętych kryteriów badawczych. W opracowaniu przedstawiono stan bezpieczeństwa finansowego polskich gospodarstw rolnych w porównaniu ze średnimi wynikami unijnymi. Zakres czasowy badań objął najnowsze dane z systemu FADN, za lata 2004-2021. W artykule pokazano je jako zjawisko wynikające z relacji majątkowo-kapitałowych, płynności finansowej i zadłużenia, sprawności działania i efektywności finansowej. Stosowanymi kryteriami podziału gospodarstw rolnych była wielkość ekonomiczna. Z badań wynika, że unijne gospodarstwa rolne (w tym polskie) są bezpieczne finansowo. Mają tendencję do nadpłynności i niskiego zadłużenia się. Ich wielkość ekonomiczna jest kluczowa dla stanu bezpieczeństwa finansowego - im większe gospodarstwo rolne, tym niższe bezpieczeństwo finansowe, przy czym nie występuje zagrożenie jego utraty.
