Możliwe przyczyny awarii kanalizacyjnych rurociągów syfonowych pod dnem Wisły w Warszawie w latach 2019 i 2020

dc.abstract.enA list of possible causes of failures of the sewage transport system under the Vistula River in Warsaw at the end of August 2019 and 2020 was presented. The errors leading to the failures were categorized into design, construction, and operational issues. The primary reasons for both failures were identified as design errors and deviations from the original design project, along with construction errors.
dc.abstract.plPrzedstawiono listę możliwych przyczyn awarii układu przesyłowego ścieków pod Wisłą w Warszawie pod koniec sierpnia 2019 i 2020 r. Błędy mogące doprowadzić do awarii podzielono na projektowe, wykonawcze i eksploatacyjne. Głównymi przyczynami obu awarii były najprawdopodobniej błędy projektowe i niepoddane właściwej weryfikacji odstępstwa od projektu pierwotnego oraz błędy wykonawcze.
