dc.abstract.enThis monograph is among the first papers entirely focused on economic and legal determinants of development of agri-food logistics. It emphasizes the specific nature of from-field-to-fork processes related to basic agricultural production, distribution, transportation and storage of food. Scientific and teaching needs make it a highly desired publication. In addition to addressing theoretical aspects, it attempts to take a practical look at problems faced by agri-food logistics professionals. It plays an important role in understanding, teaching and applying legal regulations and principles of agricultural economics. This monograph adds value by smoothly combining legal and economic aspects while also closing a gap on the publishing market.
