Wpływ sprawozdania finansowego na kształtowanie wizerunku nadleśnictwa w opinii interesariuszy wewnętrznych

dc.abstract.enThe financial statement is a summary of the successive year of operation of a forest inspectorate. Its prepara tion is the responsibility of each entity keeping the books of accounts. It contains basic information on the results of its annual activity, presented in financial terms in the form of figures supplemented by very gen eral descriptive data in the form of notes. The current form of financial statements is comprehensible only for a small group of recipients who are able to properly interpret the data contained therein. The aim of the article is to identify information, primarily non-financial, for which there is demand and which may affect the image of the forest district. The information was obtained from employees of the State Forests, who, as internal stakeholders with varying degrees of professional experience, determined the significance of data generated by the reporting of a given forest inspectorate, the entity managing forests and the surrounding nature resources, our common good. Based on the information obtained from the employees of the State Forests it seems that supplementing financial statements with non-financial elements may affect the image of the forest district
dc.abstract.plSprawozdanie finansowe to podsumowanie kolejnego roku działalności nadleśnictwa. Jego sporządzenie jest obowiązkiem każdego podmiotu prowadzącego księgi rachunkowe. Zawiera podstawowe informacje o wynikach jego rocznej działalności, ujęte pod względem finansowym w postaci zestawień liczbowych uzupełnionych przez bardzo ogólne dane opisowe w formie informacji dodatkowej. Obecny kształt sprawozdania finansowego jest czytelny jedynie dla niewielkiego grona odbiorców, którzy potrafią właściwie interpretować zawarte w nim dane. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja informacji, przede wszystkim tych niefinansowych, na które istnieje zapotrzebowanie, a które mogą wpłynąć na wizerunek nadleśnictwa. Informacje pozyskano od pracowników Lasów Państwowych, którzy jako interesariusze wewnętrzni z mniejszym lub większym do świadczeniem zawodowym określili istotność danych generowanych przez sprawozdawczość nadleśnictwa, jednostki zarządzającej lasami i otaczającą przyrodą jako wspólnym dobrem. Z informacji pozyskanych od pracowników LP wynika, że rozszerzenie sprawozdania finansowego o elementy niefinansowe może pozytywnie wpłynąć na wizerunek nadleśnictwa
